H&R Block’s record-setting tax time promotion that gave away one million dollars each day to customers recently came to an end, but not before one local man walked away with one of the prizes.

The first drawing was held on January 16, and the last winners were drawn last Friday, February 19. Mark McCoy was one of 32,000 people who won a combined total of $32 million in the company’s 32-day giveaways.

Anyone who filed their taxes at a participating H&R Block location was eligible to win one of the $1,000 cash prizes.
