Alexander Boyer has been indicted by a grand jury for felonious assault, having weapons under disability and attempted murder.
Boyer was arrested on March 24 at his home on Rawson Dr. after allegedly shooting 36-year-old Brian Perry in the chest.
The shooting was the result of a domestic argument involving Boyer, Perry and Perry’s wife.
At his March 25 arraignment, Boyer pleaded not guilty to the charges of felonious assault, felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and weapons under disability.
