Danny Kottmyer, Tecumseh High School class of 1993, is this week’s nominee of the Arrow Alumni feature.

Kottmyer holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Dayton. He has been awarded several patents while working at Delphi and Globe Motors where he is a lead engineer.

As a student at Tecumseh High School, Kottmyer was the valedictorian of his class, student council representative, and a member of the soccer and track teams.

Still active in the Tecumseh community, Kottmyer serves on the levy committee, volunteers at school functions, and coaches his children’s sports teams.

Kottmyer is a Dayton Flyers fan. He and his wife, the former Heidi Henson, are the parents of three children, all students in Tecumseh Local Schools.
